So stress when talk abt JPAM (Jabatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia) …. Yah! Last week we had a camp 4 JPAM…

kem tamat latihan 4 those yang lulus… wonder what.. how come I pass JPAM’s xtvt…. I just came 2 times only 4 the xtvt… oh!! Thanx Allah…..

i’m very lucky…. pity my frenz whose attend more than me, at last xpass…huhu… too bad so sad….

the camp ws held 4 3days 2night at Pusat Latihan JPAM Seremban….

Tough xtvt, no rest, no time, exhausted, marching! marching! marching… fortunate, the food is so delicious….hahaha….

wtever la… name pown camp…. The most important! Yah! My face changed colour to more10x black…..huk3… sunburn…sangat pedih! A few friction, make much pain….(over lak!)…

of  kos, kaki, badan, overall sengal2…. like build new muscles…hoho… bleh jd tough ni if just stay there 4 a week more….

by the way, seteruk mane pown kene, semua yg diperoleh adalah ilmu… very appriciate that… thanx to all staff n tuan2 y take part…(=,=).. sdeh jugak nk tinggal kan camp(xikhlas pown)…huhu…
